I joined Ego Lichfield back in November 2015. Before joining the company I had worked for 3 other restaurants and can honestly say Ego is by far the best company that I have worked for. The team are great, I feel well looked after, I get a huge amount of variety in my role and I really feel like I have been developed by the company.

In addition to working at the Lichfield restaurant, I have also been asked to help with the launch and support of a number of  new openings, including opening Nuneaton in October 2018. I loved this experience and was so proud to have been chosen by the company to help with the opening.
